Please note that the Home Analysis is our most comprehensive test.  However, if you’d like to have specific tests done instead, please click on one of the other tabs (Combustion Appliance Testing, Infrared Diagnostics, or Duct Leakage).

Comprehensive Home Energy Analysis- Includes utility bill analysis, air leakage (blower door) test, duct pressurization assessment, thorough inspection of your building, attic and appliances, CO test, CAZ test, post audit review and customized, prioritized report for buildings up to 2000 sq. ft

Duct Leakage Testing– Includes duct inspection, a report on condition of system, the % of duct leakage and recommendations for sealing and correcting problems.

Carbon Monoxide and Gas Appliance Testing- Test a single gas appliance (e.g. furnace, stove or water heater) for safe operation including gas leaks, proper supply air, exhaust venting, carbon monoxide production, and combustion efficiency.

Testing additional gas appliances is less expensive if the test is conducted during the same visit.

Thermal Imaging(Infrared) Diagnostics- A whole-house inspection with the thermal imaging camera to detect sources of air infiltration, hidden moisture, and/or missing insulation.
