2.Clients are then credit approved by licensed financial professional
3.BPI (Building Performance Institute) building performance analyst then assesses home for whole house energy upgrades. (Average Project Budget) $43,000
4.Create signed work scope budget outline with trusted BPI advisor (energy management consultant).
5. BPI Project advisor/consultant works with endorsed suppliers and contractors for best quality and prices to get work done in a timely manner.
6.Project then begins with BPI energy consultant checking at each stage of project ensuring work is to IECC (International Energy Conservation Code) state codes and approves individual contractor payment through approved escrow company for loan disbursements.
7. 30 year mortgage is closed wrapping in the Title 1 bridge loan, project cost with up to 100% loan to value financing, if necessary a EEM (Energy Efficient Mortgage additional approximate funds available $6500) is utilized to help cover the cost (very important that work is complete prior to appraisal to show as done value).
The project timeline is about 45-60 days from start to finish.
